About Campfire Song Circle
FAR-West Campfires provide a song circle style opportunity both for artists to perform and for appreciative audiences to listen to new songs, favorite songs, and songs that adhere to a selected theme.
Campfires are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and both performers and audience members have come from all over the FAR-West region but also from as far away as New York and Argentina. Songs have been tried out on willing listeners, accompanied by instruments as diverse as guitar, clarinet, accordion, piano and folk harp and “campers” have provided feedback as well as education about various pieces.
