Greetings from the Board of Directors of FAR-West!
As we approach the end of the year, FAR-West needs you! The new year of 2023 will offer so many great opportunities for giving: your talents, skills, creativity, artistry and presence. And now as 2022 comes to a close, your charitable giving can become a significant and important support for FAR-West.
As you know, the last almost three years of our tumultuous pandemic world reality severely challenged FAR-West. Like other arts organizations, we suffered setbacks, forced cancellations and other disruptions during the days of the COVID pandemic. But you have weathered those disruptions with us, and for that we are profoundly grateful. 2023 will see the return of our in-person conference at the Warner Center Marriott hotel in Woodland Hills, California October 12-15. Please sign up on our mailing list to receive updates on the conference, from the planning stages to the opening of registration this spring. You can find it here: www.far-west.org and click on Mailing List Sign Up.

FAR-West is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Thousands of donated work hours go into planning, organizing and running the annual conference. Registration fees cover most of the expenses. However, each year, the generosity of our members and community supporters (individuals, corporations and foundations) is a crucial part of helping us fulfill our mission and grow the conference and other FAR-West services.
Every donation matters and is deeply appreciated. Donors are acknowledged in several ways by FAR-West. Contributions at higher levels are also entitled to additional privileges and expressions of appreciation.
Specific donation opportunities and a list of benefits are available here and can be customized to you or your organization’s needs.
If you have questions, would like to discuss details of a potential sponsorship or would like to refer us to a possible sponsor you know, please contact the Sponsorship Committee chairperson, Joel Tepp joeltepp@earthlink.net
Thank you, once again, for your ongoing donations and volunteer contributions that are the key to everything FAR-West does.
