FAR-West Cancellation Policy

We, the FAR-West Board of Directors, hope that that you are all well, safe and following all current health recommendations.

We want to assure you that the health and well-being of our attendees is of our utmost concern as we plan for the forthcoming conference. We want to let you know where things currently stand. Registration for the 2021 conference is currently scheduled to open in March 2021. We encourage you to take advantage of the Early Bird savings. If FAR-West is forced to cancel/postpone the conference due to COVID-19 concerns, all registered attendees will be refunded their entire registration fee.

Our cancellation policy and conditions remain the same as in the past, but some of the dates are earlier to accommodate hotel requirements:

  1. Registration fees are refundable (less $25 handling fee to cover registration and credit card fees) until August 15th. Cancellations after August 15th are subject to the $25 handling fee and any non-refundable fees that FAR-West is committed to, including but not limited to food expenses.
  2. Unfortunately, there are no refunds after September 20th, 2021.
  3. If current health concerns and conditions force the cancellation of the 2021 FAR-West conference, registration costs for all registered attendees will be refunded in full and not subject to a handling fee.
