FAR-West Cancellation Policy (2021)

We, the FAR-West Board of Directors, hope that that you are all well, safe and following all current health recommendations.

We want to assure you that the health and well-being of our attendees is of our utmost concern as we plan for the future. In light of the current situation, we do not feel we can provide a safe environment for an in person conference this year.

Our hotel has graciously allowed us to terminate our contract and we have begun making plans for a VIRTUAL EVENT for 2021. Please bear with us and stay tuned for updates regarding this event, slated for October 13-17.

Regarding pre-registration for the 2020 conference: If you pre-registered for the 2020 conference and asked that your registration fee be applied to 2021, we have refunded all pre-registrations at this time.
