Special Codes: If you pre-registered for the conference last year, or were given a special code, use this option even if you are an FAI member.
Group Discount: You can register additional guests or performers during the registration process, but you need to pay with a single credit card or check. Groups of 3 or more will each get a $10 discount, when registered by the primary attendee.
Canadian attendees: To help offset the currency exchange, we have a special rate for Canadian attendees. ignore the FAI/non-FAI options and choose the one that says Special Code on the registration page to get a discounted rate that helps with US/Canadian conversion rates. Then enter the Special Code for Canadians (21Canada21).
FAI member rate: Choose this option if you are a current member of Folk Alliance International. You will need your FAI number so have it available. If you are not sure of your membership number or status, contact FAI at 816-221-3655. If you plan on joining FAI before the conference, you may register as a member by entering the number 5555. But, if you are not on the member list by 9/20/2020, you will be charged the non-member price.
If you are a house concert or small venue host, DJ or other radio host, or Arts organization, you might qualify for a registration discount. Contact Jeanette Lundgren, coordinator@far-west.org to find out if you qualify.
The biography for the directory is 400 LETTERS or CHARACTERS (including spacing), or about 60 words. It’s a good idea to write it first in a Word-type program, then paste it into your registration.
