Our Program Book is given to all attendees at the conference. It will include a schedule of events happening throughout the weekend, information about showcases, the Best of the West Awards Ceremony, Networking Center exhibitors and a complete directory of all registrants. People keep and refer to these books long after the conference is over.
Please consider placing a paid advertisement in the program book. You may purchase your advertisement now or add it to your registration at a later date.

You don’t have to attend the conference to place an ad in the Program Book. If you know a company or organization who would be interested in placing an ad, please give them the FAR-West website or have them contact –Program Book Coordinator as yet to be identified– directly (contact info will be listed below.)
There are a few premium program book ad pages available. The covers will be printed in full color, full bleed on 16 point gloss cover stock. The inside covers are available for $250 each and the back cover is $500. Once those are spoken for, they will be unavailable for purchase. We also offer Full Page, FULL COLOR, Full Bleed Ads in the program book for $175 each. These ads will be placed at the front of the book.

Additional Artwork Details: All ads are black and white (except the ones specified above). We can accept the ad as a PDF, tiff, jpg, eps. 300 DPI at 100% or greater resolution for suggested quality output. We also accept native QuarkXpress for Mac files, but please be sure fonts are converted to outlines and graphics are included.

If you’ve already registered and wish to order an ad, go back to FAR-West.org and click on the registration link again. Log in and click on “Already Registered”, go to “Finalize” and you will reach the Opportunities page, where you can select the ad type you want. If you are not attending the conference, you can use the Donate button below to pay. As you finalize making your payment, there is a place to specify where you want your money to go. The line says “Add special instructions to the seller” and it has a box where you can indicate the purpose of your payment: PROGRAM BOOK AD.
